Hi! I started my keto journey in January 2019, so almost five months ago. Time does fly when you’re having fun! This is my second round of keto, as I got bored with the recipes I was making during my first attempt. A poor excuse, I know, but now I’m back at it, experimenting with new recipes and ideas, and boy it’s amazing! I set up this blog to share some fun ideas with you, including, but not limited to, recipes, workouts, products I like, tips on what to eat when you’re eating out and/or travelling, and the difficult stuff that comes with keto.
