Super Berry Breakfast Smoothie


  • 30 g Chocolate Protein Powder (or any taste that you prefer – I use Bulk Powders Whey Protein)
  • 1 cup coconut milk (for less carbs you can use almond milk)
  • 1 teaspoon Psyllium Husk
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 cup frozen berries (I use Tesco Summer Fruits Mix)

Method: Just pop everything into a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
