Ingredients:

  • 1 can of tuna flakes in brine (around 120g), drained
  • 25g pitted black olives, halved
  • 50g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 50g feta cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped
  • 20g rocket
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • salt
  • pepper

Method:

Just mix all the ingredients, season to your linking and enjoy!
